Project Coordinator | Production Leadership Across a Three-Module Series
Hybrid (Traditional + Agile)
Produce a three-module video-based learning production series in collaboration with subject matter experts, external production vendors, and digital asset teams. I joined Module 1 mid-production, co-led Module 2, and independently led Module 3 end-to-end. A secondary goal was to document and standardize the content development process so future modules could move faster with less rework.
Joined an active production, developed the module outline, and produced the initial video in Canva. Recognized that the project needed specialized creative expertise and made the case for dedicated production support.
Shared production leadership with the existing lead. I took on vendor communication, SME scheduling, and quality tracking, and contributed to process documentation between modules.
Independently led full production from planning through delivery. Revised the existing charter using lessons learned from Module 2, built the project plan, decomposed the WBS into an activity list, and integrated project estimates with vendor timeline preferences to organize workflow, scheduling, and milestones.
Execution responsibilities grew across all three modules. Starting with production coordination in Module 1, I took on more direct ownership in Module 2, and by Module 3 was managing all day-to-day project activity independently, including vendor communication, SME scheduling, and deliverable quality.
Supported vendor coordination in Module 1, shared ownership in Module 2, and held full responsibility for all external production workstreams by Module 3.
Worked with subject matter experts to confirm and finalize content requirements across all modules, with more structured scheduling introduced in Modules 2 & 3.
Kept deliverables aligned with defined quality baselines throughout all modules, with formal quality tracking introduced in Module 2 and remained through Module 3.

I introduced formal quality audits and change control in Module 2 and carried them through Module 3, integrating preventive actions from each phase’s retrospective into the updated project plan for the next phase.
After each module, I ran a post-production retrospective to document what worked and what didn't, including our new vendor.
Findings directly shaped the next module, leading to clearer stakeholder roles, earlier vendor engagement, and more structured feedback cycles.
After Module 2's retrospective with our new vendor and incorporating their feedback and preferred ways of working, I delivered Module 3 one week ahead of schedule.
I joined Module 1 as a mid-production coordinator and led Module 3 end-to-end. Each retrospective produced documented improvements that carried into the next module, gradually strengthening the process across all three.

Clearer stakeholder roles and active vendor engagement, established at onset of Module 2 and refined after Module 2, helped surface and resolve issues before they affected production of Module 3.
Module 3, the first module I led end-to-end, was completed one week ahead of schedule, and was higher quality than Module 2, a culmination of the retrospectives and thorough process improvement.
