Hybrid (Traditional + Agile)
Produce a three-module video-based learning production series in collaboration with subject matter experts, external production vendors, and digital asset teams. I joined Module 1 mid-production, co-led Module 2, and independently led Module 3 end-to-end. A secondary goal was to document and standardize the content development process so future modules could move faster with less rework.
Joined an active production, developed the module outline, and produced the initial video in Canva. Recognized that the project needed specialized creative expertise and made the case for dedicated production support.
Shared production leadership with the existing lead. I took on vendor communication, SME scheduling, and quality tracking, and contributed to process documentation between modules.
Independently led full production from planning through delivery. Revised the existing charter using lessons learned from Module 2, built the project plan, decomposed the WBS into an activity list, and integrated project estimates with vendor timeline preferences to organize workflow, scheduling, and milestones.
Execution responsibilities grew across all three modules. Starting with production coordination in Module 1, I took on more direct ownership in Module 2, and by Module 3 was managing all day-to-day project activity independently, including vendor communication, SME scheduling, and deliverable quality.
